We recently had the pleasure of staying at WestSide Residence by Rotana in Istanbul, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. But what truly made our stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Special mention must be made of the manager, Ms Vesile Kaya and Mr Hakan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ms Vesile Kaya’s warm hospitality, and kindness made all the difference. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel apartment was also ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's main attractions.

Their warm and friendly approach was unmatched compared to other places we’ve stayed in Turkey. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that gave us the perfect start to each day. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. Its location was also excellent, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation!
