The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. But what truly made our stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Special mention must be made of the manager, Ms Vesile Kaya and Mr Hakan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ms Vesile Kaya’s warm hospitality, and kindness made all the difference. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel apartment was also ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's main attractions.

I visit Istanbul regularly and this the first time to visit this residence accommodation. Refreshment machine near reception wasn’t working so it’s up setting. As I expected everything was nearly perfect except the location so if you use taxi and don’t rely on public transport this is the perfect option for families. Be careful with taxi drivers because they will rip you off if they notice that you’re not speaking Turkish. If you don’t want your pressure is going high go with Uber taxi, take photo to the meter before you leave the taxi in order to get refunded.

The best thing about our stay was the helpful lady (Vesile) at the desk who helped us with ordering food at a nearby take-way as they couldn't speak English and she acted like a translator. She gave us little advice on where to go and best places to shop. I hope the hotel manager can give her a promotion. The house keeping girls were all polite and clean too.
